Yes, for most performances a group of ten or more people can receive $5 off the regular price of each ticket. Groups can also place orders for most shows before tickets go on sale to the public! For further information, our group contact person is Kandice Peterson, 970.350.9473.

We do not give refunds, but for most performances we can give you credit if you turn in the ticket at least 15 minutes prior to curtain. Certain presenters who rent the theater may not allow credit for unused tickets - please inquire at the ticket office.
"Best seat" is really a personal preference. Some patrons like to be close to all the action on stage; some prefer a view and/or acoustics from further back. Some want aisle seats; some like a view from the center of the hall. Your definition of "best seat" will differ from someone else's. Please ask a ticket clerk if you need detailed information on a certain seating location.
"Accessible" encompasses a variety of seating. We have wheelchair seating (each wheelchair space has an adjacent companion seat), aisle seats, seats that do not require stairs, and close seats for those with vision problems. Please inquire at the ticket office. For some shows, accessible seating fills up quickly, so it's best to order tickets as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes in seating due to emergency circumstances. Contact us as soon as you know you will need alternate seating.
There is a $3 per order handling fee for all phone orders.
For Internet orders, there is a per ticket fee that ranges from $1.00 - $3.50 per ticket, depending on the event. There is also a $4.00 per order handling fee.
There is a $5.00 handling fee on all series orders, regardless of how they are purchased.
No fees when you order tickets in person at the ticket office.
Please be advised that the Union Colony Civic Center - ucstars.com - is the ONLY authorized online seller of tickets for performances in Monfort Concert Hall and Hensel Phelps Theater. Currently there are scalpers, also known as second party vendors, selling tickets on other websites at rates substantially higher than the standard price. Tickets bought through these vendors MAY NOT BE VALID. You could not only be refused admission, but also lose your entire investment.
