Frequently Asked Questions

When are you open?
Monday through Friday 12-6pm, Saturdays 12-4 pm. Closed Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Open one hour prior to ticketed performances through 30 minutes after curtain.
Where are you and how do I get there?
Get Directions here.
I would like to bring a group of people to one of your shows. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, for most performances a group of ten or more people can receive $5 off the regular price of each ticket. Groups can also place orders for most shows before tickets go on sale to the public! For further information, our group contact person is Jill Droegemueller, 970.350.9470.
Are children allowed at the UCCC? Children under the age of 2 are not allowed at performances, except for performances specifically for children and families, such as the Catch A Star shows. Children age 2 and older may attend all shows. They must have a ticket, regardless of whether they sit in their own seat or on a parent's lap.
I have an idea for a show I would like to present at the UCCC. Who do I contact?
Mari Hein Beegle, whom you can contact at:
970.350.9449 mari.heinbeegle@greeleygov.com
I bought a ticket to a show and now I can't go. Can you help me?
We do not give refunds, but we will gladly swap your ticket(s) for another Civic Center Sponsored performance. You will need to bring your tickets to the Ticket Office in person and we can do exchanges up until 15 minutes prior to curtain. Certain presenters who rent the theater may not allow credit for unused tickets - please inquire at the ticket office.
What's the best seat in the house?
"Best seat" is really a personal preference. Some patrons like to be close to all the action on stage; some prefer a view and/or acoustics from further back. Some want aisle seats; some like a view from the center of the hall. Your definition of "best seat" will differ from someone else's. Please ask a ticket clerk if you need detailed information on a certain seating location.
I need accessible seating. Can you help?
"Accessible" encompasses a variety of seating. We have wheelchair seating (each wheelchair space has an adjacent companion seat), aisle seats, seats that do not require stairs, and close seats for those with vision problems. Please inquire at the ticket office. For some shows, accessible seating fills up quickly, so it's best to order tickets as early as possible.
I originally bought tickets in the center of a row, but I broke my leg and need something easier to get to. Can you help?
We will do our best to accommodate changes in seating due to emergency circumstances. Contact us as soon as you know you will need alternate seating.
Are there any fees for ordering tickets?
There is a $3 per order handling fee for all phone orders.
For Internet orders, there is a per ticket fee that ranges from $1.00 - $3.50 per ticket, depending on the event. There is also a $4.00 per order handling fee.
There is a $5.00 handling fee on all series orders, regardless of how they are purchased.
No fees when you order tickets in person at the ticket office.

Another website is selling UCCC tickets at a different price than you are.  Why?
Please be advised that the Union Colony Civic Center - ucstars.com - is the ONLY authorized online seller of tickets for performances in Monfort Concert Hall and Hensel Phelps Theater. Currently there are scalpers, also known as second party vendors, selling tickets on other websites at rates substantially higher than the standard price. Tickets bought through these vendors MAY NOT BE VALID. You could not only be refused admission, but also lose your entire investment.
