TICKET DONATION REQUEST PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in the events offered by the Union Colony Civic Center! The City of Greeley and the Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department view community support as a fundamental part of our mission here at the Union Colony Civic Center, and have setup a standardized process for reviewing and processing requests for donations.

We understand that there are many worthy and important causes in our community, and we attempt to balance our support across as wide a cross section as we can. We also recognize that our donation to your cause is an opportunity for us to build awareness of our facility and our events, so as we grant donation requests it is with the intent to match the best available performances that will connect with your audience.

1. We only accept and review requests accompanied by a completed Donation form, we do not consider form letter requests.
2. Requests should be submitted through the following form, submitted to the Ticket Office via e-mail to [email protected], or mailed to Ticket Donation Request, c/o UCCC Ticket Office, 701 10thAve., Greeley,CO 80631.
3. Once reviewed (on the second Wednesday of the month)emails are sent within a week with the results. That email will contain all the requirements associated with the donation, if your organization agreed to include logo or posting of some type the digital files needed from us will be included in that email.
4. Following your event your organization MUST provide proof to the UCCC staff that the requirements of the donation were met and the value received by your organization for the specific donation (not just the total raised at your event). The form to do that is included at the bottom of this page, or can be returned via the contact in item 2 above. ORGANIZATIONS NOT RETURNING THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE REQUESTS.
